Contract workers Blog: In search for dignity

Contract labour phenomenon has emerged in the 21st Century Worldwide as a means to cut cost at the cost of the manpower involved. The plight of millions of these workers are overlooked by the management, Government and even the media, in the name of competitiveness and equality of opportunity. This blog not only talks about the "rights" of these workers by making them aware of the rules, practices and models in this regard, but also seeks for "dignity".
